"It was the worst experience I had in purchased this product online and I won't recommend it especially to Malaysian. I had contact the kor customers service in orders to claim for warranty and they had instructed me to claim from local distributor which is in singapore the company name vgocorp (www.vgocorp.com). I had send the email to them to the person name winnie chan but i had not received reply from her and i even send email to their customers service and i still not received reply from them. I had send the product to their company address in singapore together with the printout of the email from Kor customers experience manager. Now i don't what happen to my product right now and also I don't whether they willing to replace lid and straw and also send back to me. In others words, i had no hope or expectation to getting the product back in good condition or not. So due to this experience I won't recommend this product especially to Malaysian because the cost to send back product to singapore to claim for warranty are almost half the price of the water bottle so it not worth. "
